The controller of your personal data is the creator of PrimeRoutine (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller" or "Developer"), email: UnrealTech@proton.me.
2. Data We Process and Purposes
2.1. Locally Stored Data
All data you enter into the app (reminders, photos, documents, etc.) is stored exclusively locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or access this data.
2.2. Automatically Collected Data (Firebase Analytics)
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics and diagnose errors. This helps us improve the stability and quality of the app.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. The service may process your advertising ID to show ads.

You can manage consent for personalized ads in the consent window in the app.
2.4. Payments (Google Play)
All purchases of the Pro version are processed by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information.
3. App Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
- Camera / Gallery – used locally to add photos or attachments.
- Notifications – to send timely reminders.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office – PUODO).
Since most data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it.
5. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated. We will inform you of significant changes through the app and by updating the date at the top of this document.
