PrimeRoutine Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the PrimeRoutine mobile application ("App"), provided by the creator of PrimeRoutine (email: UnrealTech@proton.me) ("Provider", "I", "me", "Developer").
1.2. By using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Purpose of the App
2.1. The App is a tool for personal management of maintenance reminders for your own devices and resources.
2.2. The App is intended solely for private, personal, and household use. It is not intended for commercial, professional, industrial, or critical infrastructure use.
2.3. Any use outside private purposes is at your own risk. I expressly disclaim liability for such use.
3. "As Is" and Disclaimer of Warranty
3.1. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
3.2. I do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all reminders will be accurate.
3.3. You are solely responsible for your use of the App and decisions based on it.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
4.2. My total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months prior to the claim.
4.3. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence, or fraud.
5. User Data
5.1. All data is stored locally on your device. I do not collect or access it.
5.2. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
6. Free Version, Pro Version and Payments
6.1. The App is available in a free version with limitations and ads.
6.2. You may purchase the Pro version via Google Play In-App Billing.
6.3. All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play.
6.4. Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content, which results in the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service has begun (in accordance with EU law).
6.5. I reserve the right to modify features in future updates.
7. Advertisements
7.1. The free version may display ads from Google AdMob. I am not responsible for their content.
8. Changes to the Terms
8.1. I may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified in the App. Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (if in the EU).
9.2. Disputes will first be resolved amicably. You may use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
